A Lunatic or a Misunderstood Genius

If I am not crazy already another night like this will surely push me over the edge. After all, staying up listening to the nothing but the voices in my own head is certainly no way to maintain sanity. Is there a point when lunacy overtakes rational thought, or is that point when we finally realize that the so called “rational thought” is where insanity truly lives?

After all, Insanity is no more than an extreme difference of opinion. What if that “insane” opinion is the only one that is actually right? Are the declared insane simply the misunderstood geniuses of our time?

Insanity is telling the world they are wrong and doing it with conviction. Society will often shun those whom don’t share that common reality we call sanity. So shall we go on fighting the voices in our head that urge us to run down a busy street screaming “you are wrong, you are wrong, you are all wrong?” Or perhaps we should embrace that lunatic that lives within us.
